What do I need to rent a bike?All renters must present a valid photo ID & a signed waiver

Do I need to make a reservation?We do recommend booking in advance - especially during weekends or holidays to guarantee availability. However, we strive to accommodate same day deliveries if possible. Please contact us directly to check availability.

Can I cancel or change my reservation?Yes. Reservations can be canceled or changed up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Do you deliver bikes or offer pickup/drop off?Yes! We offer local pick-up & drop-off at the following locations: Old school Square Lake Ida Park The Ray Hotel The Opal Grand Hotel The Seagate Hotel Hyatt Place Hotel If your hotel isn't listed, feel free to contact us - We'll do our best to accommodate your needs

What happens if I return the bike late?Late returns may incur additional charges. If you're running behind, give us a call & we'll do our best to work with you.

What types of bikes do you offer?We offer beach cruisers & touring bikes. Visit our 'Rentals' page to browse our selection & for more details

What's included with the bike rental?All rentals include a lock, a basket & a cupholder. Helmets provided upon request at no extra charge.

Do you offer any bike accessories or upgrades?Yes! We have optional add-ons like a clip on bluetooth speaker. You can choose these when booking online

How long can I rent a bike for?You can rent bikes by the hour, for a half day, or full day.

What if I get a flat tire or need help during my ride?We've got your back! Call us if you run into any issues - We'll assist you as quickly as possible.

What if the bike gets damaged or stolen?You are responsible for the bike during your rental period. We always recommend using the provided lock. In case of loss or damage, charges may apply per our rental agreement.
